My name is Rob Bundy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am licensed in the state of Colorado and have been working as a professional counselor since 2011. I attended Adam State University and received a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I have extensive experience and training in delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), SCHEMA Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Practices, and Existential Therapy. I have served proudly in the armed forces during the Persian Gulf war for 6 years and was honorably discharged in 1992. I have been a mentor, school advocate, and coach for over 25 years. My proficiency is in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance abuse issues, sexual addiction issues, and parent & child relationship issues. I believe that each individual has the ability to change their lives for the better and my approach to change is geared toward helping individuals become more confident, capable, and become the best version of themselves.
